In-Person and Remote Hybrid Worship every Sunday
NOTE: These guidelines are an ongoing learning process. Last minute changes may be made on site as needed. Thank you!
Your health and safety are our greatest concerns while COVID-19 continues to be a health threat. We are following the New York Annual Conference guidelines based on CDC recommendations.
We will continue to provide quality simultaneous Zoom, Facebook, and live-stream from our website along with our in-person worship. Every week may be a little different as we enhance our technology and offerings!
Here are some Important Notes as we strive to care for each other:
- While not mandatory, we request that everyone worshipping with us be VACCINATED and boostered if possible. Many of us are living with health and age-related compromised immune systems. We want us all to take care of each other as best we can.
- Masks are no longer required, but they are encouraged.
- Sign in upon entering the sanctuary. We are still maintaining contact tracing in the event that we learn of possible COVID-19 exposure. If you test positive after attending worship, please do let us know.
- Singing is permitted during worship. Group choir singing will be at the discretion of the Music Director
- Bring your own bulletin – Please print and bring your own Order of Worship, or access an online copy from your handheld device (QR code will be available). We currently are not displaying PowerPoint as we continue to work on upgrading our technology.
- Communion will be served in individually wrapped packages of juice and our homemade gluten free Communion Bread. Read more.
- Offerings can be left in the Offering Plate near the doors at the end of the service as you leave the sanctuary.
We will continue to provide virtual worship via ZOOM, Facebook Live, and livestream from our website for everyone that chooses to worship from home.
Other Activities in our church:
Church Kitchen: MASKS REQUIRED in addition to frequent hand washing, gloves, aprons, and hair coverings. We request that you limit the number of people actively preparing food in the kitchen to reduce food exposure.
Dining Room: We are currently NOT planning any in-person community meals at this time.
Groups: We are open to groups using our meeting rooms. The kitchen will be available with special permission only. Internet access is available in the Social Hall for groups that choose to offer hybrid in-person and Zoom meetings.
Thank you to everyone for your patience and diligence as we have transitioned into this strange new normal.
Special thanks to the Re-Opening Team for months of careful consideration and monitoring.
